When I first hit “Go Live” 90 days ago, I wasn’t chasing perfection. I wasn’t trying to become the next viral personality or drop world-shaking wisdom. I was simply trying to show up—consistently—and bring something of value to the table each day.
That’s it.
Every morning at 8 AM Eastern, I go live on Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram. And over the last 90 days, I’ve talked about sales strategies, limiting beliefs, procrastination, mindset, and even that ever-present “head trash” we all deal with. Some mornings I’m fired up, others I’m just figuring it out like the rest of us. But I always hit that button. And I always show up.
Because to me, that’s my edge—being the example.
Not from a place of arrogance or “look at me,” but simply by walking the walk. Consistency over hype. Discipline over motivation. Effort over ego.
And it’s been cool to see how many people have messaged me to say they start their day with these videos. That they get a nugget here or a bit of perspective there. That it helps. That it matters.
That’s what keeps me going.
I sprinkle in some humor. I talk about real stuff. I build community with the folks who show up. And selfishly? It scratches that itch for me—community, connection, and refining my craft as a speaker and coach.
Is it hard sometimes? Yeah. It’s tough to show up when life is chaotic or when the schedule is tight. But that’s the whole point. I committed to doing 365 days in a row, and I was so excited to begin, I started five days early.
We’re now 90 days in, with 275 to go.
And honestly? I feel like I’m just getting warmed up.
This journey has already brought so much to my life—and I believe it’s doing the same for others. That’s the beauty of showing up. You never know who needed to hear what you had to say that day.
So if you’ve been watching—thank you. Truly. If you haven’t tuned in yet, consider this your invitation.
Join me live every morning at 8 AM Eastern on Facebook, YouTube, or Instagram.
No fluff. No perfection. Just real talk, real life, and hopefully a little something to fuel your day.
Let’s keep going.
